Skills:
-The individual is required to have strong experience with Test Management tool (Mercury Quality Center) and experience using performance testing tools (Loadrunner, Silk Performer) preferred.
 The individual should also have experience with automated test tools (Rational Robot, WinRunner, QTP, Visual Test, Silk test) and must have strong knowledge of SCM methodologies related to semiconductor and retail products industry.
The individual must be able to development/support teams as well as be pro-active, self motivated, and be result oriented and highly organized.
 The individual will be responsible for writing test plans and test cases, executing test cases and documenting results.
 The QA Engineer will participate in defining test strategies and approach for all release cycles.
The Individual will engage and participate in all aspects of requirements, design reviews, tests and project plans, resource estimates, and implementation schedules.
 The individual will take ownership of defects found during testing and drive towards resolution coordinating with different groups.
 Experience working with offshore teams is required.
