- Excellent communication and good command of English language skills required

-Experience in application development is required
- Prior experience leading Java Projects

- Prior experience of working with Overseas (US, Europe, Far East) Clients – is a plus
-Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Methodologies
-Knowledge of ISO and CMM level processes
