HR Module:-
- End-to-End Implementation.
- End-to-End Production Support of SAP HCM module.
Configured and implemented SAP-HCM module (Recruitment, PA, OM, PD, Time Management, TEM, ESS & MSS.) for various projects.
MM-SRM (EBP) Module:-
- Study and map business processes ensuring alignment with ERP application best practices.
- Document and/or review user requirements.
- Prepare business blueprints per user requirements.
- Prepare functional design and specifications.
- Perform ERP system configuration and Unit testing.
Assist business in creation of test plans and develop cutover plans.
- Knowledge in MM and EBP.
- Understanding of business processes being supported by ERP application module.
- Ability to maintain and enhance Company installed ERP functionality.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve issues with assigned module and/or functionality.
SAP XI Module:-
- Implementation Experience with SAP Exchange Infrastructure 3.0 (XI) and Process Integration 7.0 (PI).
- Experienced in developing complex XI BPMs (Business Process Management).
- Experienced in developing complex mapping using custom functions and XSLT.
- Experienced in Java Development for developing XI Advanced Functions and SAP Java Connector (JCO) calls.
- Experienced in XML development and Web services/SOAP integration.
- Experienced in integrating external systems with SAP using RFCs, IDocs, and ABAP Proxies.
- Knowledgeable on XI Adapters like IDoc/ RFC, JDBC, SOAP, File and extending adapter functionality using Custom Modules.
• Experience with EDI integration using both ANSI and EDIFACT standards using the Seeburger XI EDI Adapter and tools.
SAP BASIS Module:-
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and in resolving SAP Basis production issues.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and in resolving ERP production issues.
- Should be well versed in Business Process/Functional Areas Requirements.
- Must be well versed with implementation of at least two Project Lifecycles on any SAP Modules.
- Develop and document processes and standards to support technical related items for use by the project team members.
- Working knowledge of J2EE/NM/CRM 4.0, 5.0, TREX, Wiley/ Cluster/ ECC/ BI 7.0/ PDM.
SAP SD/CRM Module:-
- Study and map business processes ensuring alignment with ERP application best practices.
- Document and/or review user requirements.
- Prepare business blueprints per user requirements.
- Prepare functional design and specifications.
- End-to-End Production Support of SD/CRM module.
- Assist business in creation of test plans and develop cutover plans.
- Understanding of business processes being supported by ERP application module. Ability to maintain and enhance Company installed ERP functionality.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve issues with assigned module and/or functionality.
- Working knowledge of ASAP methodology.
- Design and Customization of CRM applications, Configuring
Customer Relationship Management Applications, CRM Customer Interaction Center(CIC), CRM Marketing , CRM Tele Sales and Service, Sales and Distribution (SD) modules of SAP R/3.
- Production support / Error analysis and resolution of help desk tickets for SD/CRM Module.
SAP FI/CO Module:-
- SAP FI/CO in (GL/AR/AP/AA/CCA/PCA/PC/CPPA), design, configuration, implementation, testing, training, documentation & production support.
- Strong working knowledge & understanding of business processes.
- Ability to analyze the customer's business requirements, needs & objectives & map them to the SAP Processes.
